Senior UA Manager, Web

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Launch, oversee, and expand Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for two dating products.

• Manage acquisition funnels for both app and web platforms.

• Analyze campaign metrics, optimize budgets, enhance ROI/CPA/CPI, and efficiently scale traffic.

• Develop and test growth hypotheses related to audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages, app/web flows, and creative angles.

• Conduct competitor research and collaborate with the creative team to generate creative hypotheses and prepare briefs.

• Assess the performance of creative assets.

• Construct structured reports and refine campaign management processes.

• Automate campaign management using rules, tools, and scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads.

• Ideally, experience in sectors such as dating, gaming, iGaming, entertainment, or other high-volume B2C products.

• Proven track record in managing monthly budgets of at least $100k, ideally scaling up to $400k–$500k per month.

• Strong expertise with both app and web acquisition funnels.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Proficient in working with data, reports, Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, and internal analytics/CRM tools.

• Ability to justify decisions using numerical data.

• Fluency in Russian.

• Sufficient English reading and writing skills for effective engagement with tools and documentation.
