Senior Treasury Solutions Consultant – Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in Cash Solutions across clients' complete cash environments.

• Cultivate expertise in cutting-edge hardware and software technologies that facilitate physical currency movement.

• Design and deliver solutions to support new business acquisition efforts.

• Offer guidance to TMOs, RMs, and Solutions Consultants regarding Cash opportunities, capabilities, trends, and intricate client scenarios.

• Formulate and implement strategies to meet revenue objectives.

• Assist in discovery, solution development, pricing recommendations, proposals, and presentations.

• Collaborate with Treasury Management, Product, Operations, IT, Implementation, and third-party vendors to define and present solutions.

• Facilitate the transition of complex Cash solutions from the sales phase to implementation.

• Provide consulting services to clients on their business processes and enhance treasury and cash-handling operations.

• Conduct thorough investigations into deposits, transportation, vault processing, smart safes, change orders, reconciliation, reporting, and operational costs.

• Assess multi-location cash environments and suggest improvements for efficiency, fund availability, security, controls, and costs.

• Showcase Cash solutions and assist in RFP responses and sales materials preparation.

• Maintain visibility of the sales pipeline and move opportunities towards closure.

• Stay informed about Cash and Treasury Management industry trends through conferences, publications, market studies, and other resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Treasury Management with a focus on Sales and/or Product Management is required.

• Experience in Cash Management, Cash Logistics, Cash Operations, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong comprehension of Cash Management and the physical cash lifecycle, including vault processing, armored transportation, smart safe solutions, change orders, provisional credit, reconciliation, and reporting.

• In-depth understanding of how Treasury Management and Cash solutions enhance working capital, operational efficiency, costs, and risk management.

• Capability to analyze complex and multi-location cash environments and convert findings into solution recommendations.

• Strong consultative skills for client discovery, opportunity identification, and articulating solution and business value.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Implementation, Technology, and third-party providers.

• Exceptional oral, written, presentation, and client-facing communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
