Senior Treasury Analyst – Institutional Portfolio, Capital Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage cash allocation and oversee the proprietary portfolio (including LFTs, NTN-Bs, CDBs, etc.)

• Seek optimal returns while ensuring adherence to daily regulatory standards and Central Bank protections

• Implement operational workflows along with the daily booking and reconciliation processes for treasury activities

• Establish processes and controls for the Institutional Desk

• Create financial pricing calculators

• Streamline manual processes through automation

• Utilize advanced financial mathematics for interest rates, extrapolation, and interpolation of financial curves

• Engage daily with the ALM and Back Office teams to guarantee accurate transaction settlements

• Occasionally assist the Funding Desk with CDBs and receivables financing, ensuring operational support for the area

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Treasury, ideally acquired at startups, fintechs, or neobanks, focusing on an Institutional Desk, in Capital Management, or within a complex Back Office setting

• Strong practical knowledge of fixed-income instruments (CDBs, LFTs, NTN-Bs, and receivables financing)

• Understanding of Central Bank safeguard regulations relevant to Payment Institutions (IPs) and Credit, Financing, and Investment Societies (SCFIs)

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in executing workflows and booking transactions

• Advanced proficiency in financial mathematics, particularly in pricing, interest rates, and yield curves

• An analytical, logical, and data-oriented mindset

• Proactive profile capable of developing processes from the ground up

• A plus: familiarity with Databricks, n8n, SQL, and Python

• A plus: experience with Financial Bills and offshore transactions (ETFs, etc.)

• A plus: experience using the Matera treasury system

• A plus: practical application of Artificial Intelligence tools

• A plus: proficiency in Power BI, Metabase, or Tableau
