Clinical Testing Automation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development, implementation, and upkeep of automated testing solutions for clinical and business applications.

• Collaborate with Epic analysts, application teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to design, construct, execute, and maintain UiPath automated test scripts.

• Document business processes and create as well as sustain automation scripts.

• Execute test scenarios, evaluate results, troubleshoot issues, and confirm outcomes.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and workflow validation for Epic and other healthcare applications.

• Support senior team members and cross-functional teams in identifying capability needs and delivering high-quality business solutions.

• Aid in defining business vision, gathering requirements, personalizing client experiences, and producing user interface design deliverables.

• Assist with requirements testing, which includes test plans, scenarios, documentation, and defect management.

• Analyze testing outcomes concerning customer impacts and work to reduce production defects.

• Ensure adherence to required standards and secure necessary project approvals.

• Help facilitate requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews, report project status, enable vendor solutions, and provide documentation.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual/access requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience and/or education in place of a bachelor's degree.

• Basic analytical skills.

• Basic problem-solving skills.

• Basic communication skills.

• Interest in test automation, quality assurance, and process enhancement.

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.

• Fundamental understanding of software testing and SDLC concepts.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation capabilities.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with application analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

• Travel requirement of 25%–50%.

• Compliance with HIPAA, data security guidelines, company policies, and the Code of Business Conduct.
