Senior Treasury Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily and weekly sales operations for the receivable purchase program while preparing the corresponding monthly and quarterly journal entries.

• Facilitate the corporate leasing initiative by working closely with external leasing partners and internal teams in procurement, accounting, FP&A, and various business sectors.

• Aid in the processes related to interest, debt, leasing, and cash flow forecasting.

• Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations and reviews of journal entries for treasury-related accounts, which include interest expenses/income and lease obligations.

• Assist in the management of the interest rate risk management program, providing recommendations for hedging strategies and interest rate derivatives.

• Gather performance metrics and analytics to aid in decision-making for forecasting and planning activities.

• Support and provide backup for daily cash, cash forecasting, and banking operations.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration with both internal departments and external entities to ensure alignment with business operations.

• Provide backup and assistance for additional treasury processes and ad hoc analyses as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree with over 5 years of experience in finance, including a minimum of 3 years in treasury.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with banking principles and processes is essential.

• CTP or CFA designation or candidacy is considered a plus.

• Experience in receivables purchase programs or asset-based lending is an advantage.

• Experience with a private equity-backed organization is a bonus.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly motivated and self-driven with a keen eye for detail and meticulous record-keeping.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with individuals throughout the organization.

• Strong interpersonal skills are required.
