Senior Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Spearhead strategic, cross-functional transformation initiatives within the operational landscape.

• Collaborate with Operational Leadership to streamline processes, enhance performance, and develop scalable work methodologies.

• Convert intricate transformation goals into actionable project plans, milestones, and quantifiable outcomes.

• Oversee software implementation and operational technology projects.

• Manage project risks, dependencies, change controls, resources, and financial data.

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI within the operational framework.

• Develop communication and change management strategies for stakeholders and clients.

• Persuade various teams and senior stakeholders to achieve alignment.

• Foster relationships across both internal and external teams to ensure the continuity of complex programs.

• Guarantee that transformation initiatives are ingrained and yield their expected outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in executing large, complex, and multifaceted transformation programs.

• Proven track record of achieving results through diverse teams and functions, including managing indirect stakeholders.

• Experience in leading technology, SaaS, or software implementation projects.

• Background in AI-driven projects or transformation initiatives.

• Solid understanding of incorporating and establishing AI within operational teams and processes.

• Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, clients, as well as Product, Engineering, and Operational teams.

• Exceptional project and program management skills.

• Ability to oversee multiple workstreams, manage risks, and handle dependencies.

• Capacity to transition seamlessly between strategic planning and execution while providing detailed oversight.

• A proactive, determined, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities.

• Experience in an international or global organization is highly advantageous.

• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be beneficial.
