This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the delivery of transaction services for intricate real estate portfolios from inception to completion.
• Direct transaction service execution across designated client portfolios.
• Work in collaboration with brokerage professionals to formulate transaction strategies and negotiate business terms.
• Take the lead in negotiating Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, amendments, and other related transaction documents.
• Oversee the selection process for field brokers and coordinate transaction teams.
• Assess client needs, communicate project parameters, coordinate legal reviews, resolve transaction issues, and facilitate site visits and market tours.
• Spearhead the creation of strategic real estate plans and advisory support.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities related to occupancy and support strategies for portfolio optimization.
• Generate and support business cases, reports, data analyses, financial assessments, action plans, and value-added analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from the client side, internal teams, brokerage professionals, portfolio administration, and account partners.
• Present transaction activities during client and C&W management reviews.
• Lead client meetings and provide updates on progress.
• Prepare and oversee financial analyses, budgets, rebate accounts, revenue tracking, and transaction reports.
• Enhance and refine processes, documentation, communication, reporting workflows, and transaction governance.
• Utilize AI-enabled and technology-driven solutions to enhance execution, reporting, analysis, workflow efficiency, and client outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor transaction team members.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistent transaction reporting, and adherence to state real estate standards as well as account requirements.
• Relevant experience and qualifications for the role.
• Capability to lead transaction service delivery across assigned client portfolios.
• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions, including renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, lease restructures, and transactions involving owned and leased real estate.
• Proficiency in negotiating Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, amendments, and other transaction documents.
• Expertise in developing strategic real estate plans and providing transaction-informed advisory support.
• Ability to prepare, review, interpret, and apply financial analysis and accounting principles.
• Experience in managing budgeting activities, client rebate accounts, and transaction revenue tracking.
• Skilled in developing and enhancing standardized processes, account playbooks, standard forms, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Proficient in leveraging AI-enabled and technology-driven solutions.
• Capability to supervise and guide transaction team members.
• Knowledge of relevant state real estate standards and account-level transaction requirements.
