Senior Training & Education Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute regional Training & Education strategies that align with therapy, customer, and business objectives.

• Design, deliver, and assess educational programs for healthcare professionals, physicians, distributors, and internal teams.

• Establish and nurture partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical societies, academic institutions, and clinical stakeholders.

• Lead physician engagement initiatives that enhance clinical expertise and promote therapy adoption.

• Propel the adoption of digital learning solutions, virtual education programs, and innovative training techniques.

• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, medical affairs, and clinical teams to synchronize educational efforts across the region.

• Oversee education program budgets, performance metrics, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.

• Support a regional or international portfolio and work alongside commercial, marketing, medical affairs, clinical, and therapy teams.

• Travel over 50% of the time to facilitate physician education programs, training events, customer interactions, and key regional meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 8+ years of experience in Training & Education, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or a similar commercial education setting.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering educational programs for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across various countries or regions.

• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with physicians, KOLs, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement education and capability-building initiatives.

• Experience in managing complex projects, budgets, and metrics associated with educational program performance.

• Familiarity with regulated healthcare environments and knowledge of healthcare compliance standards.
