Senior Training & Education Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, development, and implementation of educational initiatives aimed at enhancing the capabilities of healthcare professionals, fostering physician relationships, and facilitating the adoption of advanced therapies.

• Formulate and execute regional Training & Education strategies that align with therapy, customer, and business objectives.

• Create, deliver, and assess educational programs for healthcare professionals, physicians, distributors, and internal teams.

• Establish and maintain partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical societies, academic institutions, and clinical stakeholders.

• Lead physician engagement efforts that enhance clinical competency and promote therapy adoption.

• Spearhead the implementation of digital learning solutions, virtual education programs, and innovative training methodologies.

• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, medical affairs, and clinical teams to ensure educational initiatives are aligned across the region.

• Manage education program budgets, performance metrics, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.

• Provide support for a regional or international portfolio.

• Travel over 50% of the time to facilitate physician education programs, training events, customer interactions, and key regional meetings.

• For Surgical Robotics positions, deliver education on robotic-assisted surgery platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience in Training & Education, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or a related commercial education field.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering education programs for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across various countries or regions.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with physicians, KOLs, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement education and capability-building initiatives.

• Background in managing complex projects, budgets, and educational program performance metrics.

• Familiarity with operating within regulated healthcare environments and applying healthcare compliance standards.

• Preferred: Experience with surgical technologies, robotic-assisted surgery, capital equipment, or procedure-based medical device therapies.

• Preferred: Background in implementing digital learning platforms, virtual education solutions, or AI-enabled learning tools.

• Preferred: Leadership experience, including coaching, talent development, and team management.

• Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or another advanced business, scientific, or clinical qualification.

• Preferred: Experience working in international markets with both distributor and direct market models.
