📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, development, and execution of educational initiatives.

• Create and implement regional Training & Education strategies that align with therapy, customer, and business priorities.

• Design, deliver, and assess educational programs for healthcare professionals, physicians, distributors, and internal teams.

• Establish and sustain partnerships with key opinion leaders, medical societies, academic institutions, and clinical stakeholders.

• Lead physician engagement activities that promote clinical competency and therapy adoption.

• Propel digital learning solutions, virtual education programs, and innovative training methodologies.

• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, medical affairs, and clinical teams.

• Oversee education program budgets, performance metrics, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of experience OR Master's degree with more than 8 years of experience in Training & Education, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or a related commercial education environment.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering educational programs for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across various countries or regions.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with physicians, KOLs, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement educational and capability-building initiatives.

• Background in managing complex projects, budgets, and educational program performance metrics.

• Familiarity with operating in regulated healthcare environments and applying healthcare compliance standards.
