📋 Description

• Collaborate with government personnel to develop and enhance data and AI literacy frameworks, competency progressions, and multi-year literacy roadmaps that are aligned with DoWEA role groups.

• Lead the design and organization of training content across literacy domains owned by CDAO.

• Create communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans that support CDAO's data modernization, analytics, and AI initiatives.

• Evaluate the workforce's data and AI literacy readiness using standardized assessment tools.

• Design evaluation instruments to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

• Coordinate with government staff to align field delivery models.

• Ensure that training materials comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.

• Supervise the quality and consistency of training and communication products generated by associate-level personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Secret clearance.

• Experience with data literacy frameworks.

• Education and/or change management certification.

• Demonstrated expertise in andragogy.

• Experience in developing competency-based training for non-technical adult professional audiences within federal or educational settings.

• Proficient in adult learning theory (andragogy), instructional design methodologies, and principles of competency-based education.

• Capability to ensure that training materials adhere to Section 508 accessibility requirements.
