Corporate Communications Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee media relations, press outreach, and proactive storytelling initiatives.

• Collaborate with executives to enhance the company's visibility within the industry.

• Manage external announcements, company news, executive appointments, acquisitions, partnerships, and organizational updates.

• Cultivate relationships with media, industry analysts, influencers, and strategic partners.

• Create messaging frameworks and communication plans that reinforce Lone Wolf's brand and business priorities.

• Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities to enhance the company's market presence.

• Collaborate with the People team to design and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy.

• Develop communication plans to support organizational initiatives, culture programs, performance management processes, and change management efforts.

• Establish communication standards and best practices throughout the organization.

• Promote employee engagement through thoughtful, transparent, and timely communications.

• Ensure messaging consistency across leadership, departments, and geographic regions.

• Assist with communications concerning organizational growth, transformation, and change initiatives.

• Create communication frameworks that clarify what is changing, why it is important, and how it impacts employees.

• Collaborate with leaders to anticipate communication risks and proactively address concerns.

• Manage Lone Wolf's social media strategy and daily engagement across key platforms.

• Work with Marketing to develop content that reflects the brand voice and connects with the community.

• Monitor trends and discussions to identify timely engagement opportunities.

• Track performance metrics and refine the social media strategy based on insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, executive communications, or related fields.

• Experience in supporting communications within a fast-paced technology or SaaS organization.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

• Proven experience collaborating with executive leaders and providing guidance on communication strategies.

• Demonstrated success in leading both external and internal communications initiatives.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Experience in supporting organizational change, transformation, or cultural initiatives is highly preferred.

• Ability to influence and collaborate across various functions, including Marketing, People, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
