This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, design, enhance, and develop training curricula and instructional materials for classroom settings and various educational environments.

• Perform assessments to determine training needs.

• Develop multimedia and computer-based training programs in alignment with system training requirements throughout their lifecycle.

• Generate curricula focused on pertinent technical topics.

• Oversee Training Specialists who provide instruction to individual learners and entire classes.

• Work collaboratively with external organizations as necessary.

• May produce training materials on Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) and issues related to the transition from IPv4 to IPv6.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, along with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.

• Educational qualifications and experience can be interchanged, but not counted simultaneously.

• High School diploma or GED.

• An Associate's degree (AS/AA) or two years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree (AS/AA) paired with two years of relevant experience, or four years of relevant experience alone.

• A Master's degree or an Associate's degree (AS/AA) accompanied by four years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience, or six years of relevant experience.

• A Doctoral degree or an Associate's degree (AS/AA) with eight years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with six years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with four years of relevant experience, or ten years of relevant experience.

• Relevant certifications, professional licenses, and/or vocational technical training may replace experience or educational qualifications.

• IAT-2 certification is mandatory.

• An active Secret clearance is required.

• Proficiency and expertise in computer-based and multimedia training environments.

• Thorough understanding of the subjects for which the curriculum is designed.
