This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive operational planning and execution for enterprise tradeshows, customer events, tech days, open houses, and related marketing activities.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Collaborate with divisional marketing teams, creative resources, vendors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor deadlines, track deliverables, escalate risks, and ensure preparedness for events.
• Organize booth planning, shipping, registration, onsite support, travel, vendor deliverables, installation/dismantle schedules, and overall event operations.
• Guarantee that messaging, creative assets, presentations, and supporting materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with the integration of event lead data and attendee engagement into CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Aid in post-event reporting and operational summaries.
• Adhere to company security policies and relevant safety and health regulations.
• Proven experience in coordinating and executing complex events, tradeshows, or customer-facing marketing programs within a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities capable of handling multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines.
• Effective coordination across cross-functional teams while maintaining accountability among stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in managing operational logistics, including vendors, timelines, shipping, onsite coordination, and event readiness tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preference for familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms; experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is advantageous.
• Preferred experience with project management and collaboration tools.
• High attention to detail and the capability to manage intricate operational workflows in dynamic environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration platforms.
• Demonstrated accountability, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and proactive ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in tradeshow management, event operations, marketing operations, project management, or a related area.
• Preferred experience in supporting enterprise-level tradeshows, customer events, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training will be considered.
• Certification as a Meeting Professional (CMP) or Certificate in Meeting Management (CMM) is a plus.
