This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in the Toxic Asset Management program overseeing technology assets that are nearing or have reached their End of Support or End of Life stages.
• Establish, document, and perpetually enhance processes, workflows, standards, and training materials related to Toxic Asset Management.
• Carry out activities to track both current and anticipated toxic assets.
• Examine, validate, and reconcile lifecycle data across CMDB, ServiceNow, endpoint management, discovery, vulnerability, and authorized reporting repositories.
• Keep audit-ready documentation for reported outcomes, findings, and remediation activities.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies, unanticipated asset findings, trend variations, ownership gaps, duplicate entries, outdated records, and remediation challenges.
• Conduct root cause analyses and document corrective measures and controls.
• Collaborate with remediation owners, service owners, risk stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership regarding ownership, timelines, risks, obstacles, and follow-up actions.
• Create and maintain service measurements, Critical Success Factors, KPIs, dashboards, and governance reports suitable for executive review.
• Enhance the quality of reporting, dashboard design, automation, process adherence, and stakeholder accountability.
• Facilitate recurring monthly cycles, governance routines, and leadership reporting utilizing email, SharePoint, service management tools, and Excel.
• Proven experience in supporting technology operations, asset management, configuration management, lifecycle management, risk management, compliance, audit support, or similar IT governance roles.
• Strong expertise in Excel, reporting tools, dashboards, and trackers.
• Experience in data validation, reconciliation, investigation of discrepancies, and communicating findings effectively.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, CMDB, or comparable ITSM and asset repositories.
• Excellent analytical judgment, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work with incomplete, inconsistent, or conflicting datasets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex issues for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organized documentation.
• Ability to promote accountable follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, execution, initiative, negotiation, stress resilience, customer focus, and teamwork skills.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise-scale, regulated, compliance-oriented, or audit-centric environments.
• Exposure to ITSM disciplines such as Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Configuration Management, Release Management, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
• A four-year degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• If a degree is not available, 3 to 5 years of direct or indirect exposure to relevant ITSM disciplines is acceptable.
• No specific certifications are mandated.
