Senior Tournament Manager, EWC – ENC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned EWC and ENC esports tournaments and qualifiers from the pre-event preparation phase through to the post-event wrap-up.

• Implement tournament regulations, formats, and seeding systems in collaboration with Product Management, clients, and publishers.

• Organize staffing and setup for online tournaments while overseeing their execution.

• Supervise on-site tournament execution, including scheduling, referee coordination, and transitions between matches and stages.

• Act as the primary contact for publishers, referees, and internal stakeholders during the tournament execution.

• Support Integrity & Governance processes, ensuring fair play and managing competitive incidents.

• Maintain comprehensive tournament documentation, results, and reports.

• Identify potential risks, escalate issues, and implement immediate solutions during crises.

• Collaborate with Player Management, Production, Project, Product, IT, and other departments concerning logistics, scheduling, match timing, broadcast data, event preparations, and progression.

• Provide evaluations and recommendations for improvement following tournaments.

• Contribute to the advancement of EWC and ENC tournament standards and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in tournament operations, esports management, or live-event production.

• Strong comprehension of competitive structures, esports ecosystems, publisher relationships, and procedures related to integrity, referee management, and dispute resolution.

• Experience managing tournaments in an online setting, including tournament schedules, rulebooks, and live-stage execution.

• Exceptional communication and decision-making abilities.

• Capability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Proficiency with tournament management platforms.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Ability to manage multiple tournaments or titles simultaneously.

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

• Willingness to undertake international travel and work extended hours on-site during events.
