This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.
• Oversee the complete study start-up process, which includes site selection, regulatory submissions, site contracting and budgeting, as well as site activation.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and cross-functional leads to establish start-up strategies and timelines.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive site activation plan.
• Enhance the performance of selected sites and countries to ensure successful study execution.
• Identify delivery challenges, communicate them effectively, and propose solutions.
• Monitor progress against established timelines and address any delays or risks that may arise.
• Supervise and coordinate every phase of the start-up process to achieve activation targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact among the various functions involved during the start-up phase.
• Track and report metrics related to start-up performance.
• Lead client-facing meetings alongside the Project Manager.
• Serve as the key contact for start-up initiatives with internal teams and Sponsors.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical trial start-up.
• Proven leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in managing multi-country start-up activities and cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-oriented setting.
