This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Promote approved indications of BMS products within a specified territory or region to achieve or surpass sales targets in a compliant manner.

• Generate demand for BMS medicines by articulating the clinical and scientific rationale for their use in suitable patients.

• Maintain and enhance scientific knowledge in assigned products and therapeutic areas.

• Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans.

• Utilize tools such as SOPHIA to extract insights and dynamically adjust call plans.

• Provide feedback on tools to leadership for ongoing improvement.

• Present approved scientific information to HCPs through in-office presentations and lunch-and-learn sessions.

• Organize external speaker programs, including selection of speakers, scheduling, and logistics management.

• Stay updated on emerging data relevant to approved indications.

• Use Medical on Call for unsolicited inquiries and complex technical questions.

• Collaborate with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience.

• Collect and share customer insights internally with relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate with BMS functions to fulfill HCP needs promptly and scientifically.

• Prioritize safe and appropriate usage of BMS products while achieving business goals.

• Establish and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders, community physicians, HCPs, office staff, and other patient-care stakeholders.

• Spend significant time in the field engaging with external customers.

• Adhere to laws, regulations, and BMS policies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree and/or over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors as healthcare sales representative, MSL, HCP, or nurse.

• Proven ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and persuasively to physicians.

• Experience in establishing and maintaining credibility with key customers, office staff, and customer influence networks.

• Cardiovascular experience is preferred.

• Strong account management skills, exceptional selling capabilities, and a proven track record of sales performance.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

• Strong promotional and selling skills with a history of performance success.

• Customer/commercial mindset with the ability to drive business outcomes.

• Experience in identifying, engaging, and building credibility with customers throughout the patient care journey.

• Understanding of the patient journey and a patient-focused mindset.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for scientific and clinical data.

• Ability to analyze prescribing patterns, market trends, HCP preferences, and clinical data.

• Proficient in segmenting HCPs and customizing communications and product presentations.

• Ability to utilize CE^3 for insights and dynamic call planning.

• Proficiency in digital communication and technology, including CE^3 and CRM tools.

• Capability to use Medical on Call technology.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop, execute, and modify business plans.

• High integrity and sound judgment to operate compliantly under BMS policies and procedures.

• At least 21 years of age.

• Valid driver’s license in good standing issued by the state of residence.

• Acceptable driving risk level as determined by the Company.
