This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Drive demand for BMS pharmaceuticals within the designated cardiovascular portfolio for suitable patients.

• Engage healthcare providers through unique customer experiences and in-depth scientific discussions that align with product labeling.

• Establish and uphold professional credibility with regional thought leaders, community physicians, medical groups, office personnel, and patient-care stakeholders.

• Collaborate with other BMS functions to enhance the customer experience.

• Promote approved indications within a specific territory or region to achieve or surpass assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.

• Clearly communicate the clinical and scientific rationale for products to appropriate patients.

• Maintain and expand scientific knowledge in assigned products and therapeutic areas.

• Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account strategies.

• Utilize SOPHIA and CE^3 to extract insights and dynamically adjust call plans.

• Provide leadership with feedback on tools for ongoing improvement.

• Accurately present approved scientific resources and publications to HCPs.

• Conduct in-office presentations, including lunch-and-learn sessions.

• Organize external speaker events and manage approved speakers, scheduling, and logistics.

• Stay informed on emerging data related to approved indications.

• Utilize Medical on Call for unsolicited inquiries and complex technical questions.

• Collaborate with field teams and share customer insights internally.

• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

• Spend a significant portion of work time in the field engaging with external customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology in roles such as healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nursing.

• Capability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and persuasively to physicians.

• Proven experience in building and sustaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network.

• Experience in cardiovascular medicine is preferred.

• Strong account management skills.

• Exceptional selling competencies with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Ability to work effectively across different functions.

• Strong selling and promotional skills supported by a history of performance.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for scientific and clinical data.

• Competence in analyzing prescribing patterns, market trends, HCP preferences, and clinical data.

• Ability to segment HCPs and customize communication and product presentations accordingly.

• Proficiency in using CE^3 for insights and dynamic call planning.

• Competent in utilizing CE^3 and other software or CRM tools.

• Effective use of Medical on Call technology.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop, implement, and adjust business plans.

• Demonstrated learning agility, integrity, and sound judgment.

• Qualified Driver requirements include being at least 21 years old, holding a valid driver’s license in good standing from the state of residence, and having an acceptable driving risk level.
