This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Drive demand for BMS cardiovascular therapies among suitable patients.
• Promote approved indications within a designated region to achieve or surpass assigned sales objectives while adhering to compliance.
• Clearly communicate the clinical and scientific justification for product usage to healthcare professionals.
• Sustain and enhance scientific knowledge of assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account strategies.
• Utilize tools such as SOPHIA and CE^3 to extract insights and dynamically adjust call strategies.
• Provide feedback on tools to leadership for ongoing improvements.
• Establish and uphold professional credibility with regional thought leaders, community physicians, healthcare providers, office staff, and stakeholders in patient care.
• Conduct in-office presentations, including lunch-and-learns.
• Share product-related scientific information consistent with product labeling.
• Organize external speaker events, managing speaker selection, scheduling, and logistics.
• Maintain expertise regarding emerging data for approved indications.
• Engage Medical on Call for unsolicited inquiries and complex technical questions.
• Collaborate with other field teams to provide the best customer experience.
• Collect and share customer insights internally with relevant stakeholders.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
• Travel within a field-based territory to meet external customers and attend meetings as required.
• An advanced scientific degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology in roles such as healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nursing.
• Ability to convey scientific or clinical data accurately and persuasively to physicians.
• Proven experience in building and sustaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others within the customer influence network.
• Experience in cardiovascular fields is preferred.
• Strong skills in account management.

• Documented sales performance history of meeting or exceeding objectives.
• Ability to work efficiently across different functions.
• Proven selling and promotional skills along with a history of performance.
• Customer-focused mindset with an ability to drive business outcomes.
• Experience in identifying, engaging, and establishing credibility with customers throughout the patient care journey.
• Problem-solving skills and understanding of the patient journey.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong desire to learn and a passion for science.
• Ability to analyze prescribing habits, market trends, HCP preferences, and clinical data.
• Capability to segment HCPs based on preferences and relevant factors.
• Proficiency in using CE^3 for insights and dynamic call planning.
• Comfort with digital communication channels and healthcare technology.
• Competence with CE^3 and other software or CRM tools.
• Ability to utilize Medical on Call technology.
• Strong business acumen.
• High integrity and sound judgment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license in good standing issued by the state of residence.
• Driving risk level must be acceptable to the Company.
