Senior Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct integration, regression, and functional testing on various systems.

• Ensure adherence to system requirements, business practices, policies, and client standards.

• Evaluate both functional and technical requirements.

• Develop and modify test cases for new or updated systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional groups and Scrum Teams within agile environments.

• Follow Software Engineering practices and change control standards and procedures.

• Ensure that testing aligns with business and technical specifications.

• Perform code reviews with fellow team members.

• Assist multiple pod teams and potentially oversee complex assignments.

• Offer suggestions to enhance testing procedures and pinpoint opportunities for automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.

• Significant experience in creating test cases, testing, and managing defects.

• Proficient in advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.

• Strong analytical/quantitative abilities, reconciliation, deductive reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Automated Change Management.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience with test automation tools and methodologies that support Test Driven Development (TDD).
