Senior Test Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and test large-scale data processing systems.

• Participate in all stages of product development, from requirements gathering to validation and deployment.

• Analyze applications to enhance efficiency, scalability, and stability.

• Collaborate within a focused and agile team across various products and domains.

• Take ownership of components, processes, and workflows.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation test suites and frameworks.

• Oversee and sustain QA CI pipelines while collaborating on continuous deployment initiatives.

• Perform root cause analysis and deliver solutions to improve coverage and maintainability.

• Communicate effectively within project teams and the QA organization.

• Collaborate closely with SDETs from both frontend and backend areas and engage in the QA Guild.

• Utilize Scrum methodology and tailor processes to meet team requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation.

• Strong proficiency in Java, with the ability to enhance, debug, modify, and sustain an automation framework codebase.

• Willingness to work with Python and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with test design techniques.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Spinnaker.

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and Docker.

• Exceptional troubleshooting skills for addressing complex issues.

• Experience working in an agile environment.

• Proficient in both Polish and English languages.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
