Senior Test Automation Engineer – AI Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold extensive automated testing strategies for frontend, backend, APIs, and data flows.

• Create and sustain automated test suites utilizing Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.

• Formulate testing methodologies to assess LLM prompts, model outputs, consistency, and hallucination behaviors.

• Carry out system integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

• Conduct performance and load testing prior to production deployments.

• Ensure that automated workflows comply with established business rules and performance SLAs.

• Examine defects, record reproducible bug reports, and assist in root-cause analysis.

• Collaborate effectively with developers and platform teams to resolve issues.

• Maintain consistent regression coverage throughout the evolving application releases.

• Contribute to the establishment of test standards, quality gates, and criteria for release readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in QA, test automation, or software testing.

• Strong practical experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or comparable automation frameworks.

• Demonstrated experience in testing intricate web applications, APIs, and backend integrations.

• Experience in designing and executing end-to-end, regression, and system integration tests.

• Practical experience with performance or load testing.

• Strong capability to investigate failures, pinpoint root causes, and document defects thoroughly.

• Familiarity with integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficient in professional English.
