
Senior Territory Sales Representative – Dairy Monitoring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +1 more state.
• Expand sales and cultivate the sales pipeline within the designated territory
• Collaborate with partner networks and directly sell to large dairy operations
• Create target lists, develop action plans, and independently execute sales alongside company partners
• Build and maintain relationships from executive levels down to farm-level management
• Develop, negotiate, manage, and enhance long-term relationships and sales opportunities for SenseHub dairy monitoring products and services
• Formulate and implement strategies and tactics to expedite sales within assigned accounts
• Oversee the SenseHub Monitoring product portfolio
• Provide on-site sales assistance and coordinate on-site technical support
• Establish and maintain Key Account Management account plans that identify threats and opportunities
• Align account growth initiatives with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions/Support teams
• Collect and relay market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Leadership
• Present monitoring products and business solutions to executive and mid-level account leaders
• Draft proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and enforce contractual agreements
• Achieve strong financial results for the company’s Animal Health division
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and partner organizations
• High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree; a degree in dairy/agricultural discipline is preferred for bachelor’s
• At least 5 years of combined experience in Sales, Sales Management, or Marketing roles within the agricultural sector
• Up-to-date knowledge of the US dairy industry
• Proficient selling and negotiation abilities
• Current knowledge and proven experience working with dealers and distributors
• Capability to foster business relationships both internally and externally
• Proficiency in developing and executing accurate account plans
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization and drive business outcomes
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
• Strong grasp of financial and business metrics
• Ability to identify, cultivate, and sustain strategic accounts
• Sound decision-making skills and innovative thinking
• Capacity to thrive as part of a fast-paced, growing team in a dynamic industry
• Results-driven and capable of working independently with minimal direct supervision
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed to achieve territory objectives
• Valid driving license required
• Experience in the dairy industry and ideally in the technology space is preferred
• Background in dairy production or a demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire industry knowledge is preferred
