This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial goals, marketing targets, and associated objectives.

• Develop precall strategies using SMART objectives and conduct postcall evaluations to enhance sales efficiency.

• Address objections, misunderstandings, and concerns while securing logical calls to action to successfully close sales calls.

• Meet customer needs, expectations, and challenges to establish trusted relationships and secure win-win agreements.

• Create and implement call plans that meet call metrics and optimize coverage and frequency for key clients.

• Gain insights into customer needs, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments and dynamics, accounts, diseases, products, clinical topics, and sales expertise.

• Communicate market intelligence with the in-field team, brand team, and sales manager.

• Highlight AbbVie’s unique value proposition to assigned healthcare providers.

• Identify, cultivate, and sustain relationships with disease-state experts and speakers/advocates to enhance brand performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Compliance with any governmental and/or legal certification requirements as mandated by the relevant country’s laws and/or regulations (if applicable).

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business-related field, or equivalent.

• Demonstrated success in sales.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive aspects.

• Recognized as a subject matter expert by relevant stakeholders.

• Strong business acumen.

• Proficient in the use of business tools.

• Capable of strategic and critical thinking.

• Ability to discern customer style/behavior and adjust selling techniques accordingly.

• Effectively operate in a matrix environment.

• Proven sales performance in relevant therapeutic areas preferred.

• Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry, including physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, or marketing preferred.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, preferred for non-English-speaking countries.
