This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial goals, marketing objectives, and related targets.

• Develop precall strategies utilizing SMART objectives and conduct postcall assessments to enhance sales effectiveness.

• Address objections, clarify misunderstandings, and resolve concerns to secure logical calls to action for closing sales calls.

• Meet customer needs, expectations, and challenges to foster trustworthy relationships and establish mutually beneficial agreements.

• Create and implement call strategies to meet call metrics and enhance coverage and frequency for key clients.

• Gain insight into customer needs, the market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease states, products, and sales expertise.

• Disseminate market intelligence with field, brand, and sales management teams to ensure strategic alignment and proactive responses to changes and challenges.

• Emphasize AbbVie’s unique value proposition to assigned healthcare professionals.

• Identify, cultivate, and sustain relationships with disease-state experts and advocates to enhance brand performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Any governmental and/or legal certification requirements mandated by the laws and/or regulations of the respective country (if applicable).

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, a business-related field, or a comparable qualification.

• Demonstrated history of success in sales.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Comprehensive scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitor knowledge.

• Acknowledged as an expert resource by relevant stakeholders.

• Strong business acumen.

• Proficient in the use of business tools.

• Capable of strategic and critical thinking.

• Ability to recognize customer styles/behaviors and swiftly adapt the selling approach accordingly.

• Effectiveness in operating within a matrix environment.

• Proven success in sales performance in relevant therapeutic areas is preferred.

• Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical sector, including physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, or marketing is preferred.

• Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, is preferred (for all non-English-speaking countries).
