This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
• Formulate and implement channel sales strategies to enhance revenue growth via distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.
• Design and present proposals, quotes, and presentations that effectively communicate security solutions and business value.
• Align SonicWall's value proposition with the strategic objectives of partners to foster engagement, sales activities, and business expansion.
• Develop and execute collaborative business plans with partners to meet revenue and quota targets.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Cultivate and sustain a robust partner sales pipeline while meeting or surpassing assigned quotas.
• Build and enhance relationships with distributors, resellers, and key end-user accounts.
• Identify and pursue opportunities, promotions, and innovative incentives to boost sales performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on SonicWall's products, solutions, and services.
• Lead strategic partner engagement initiatives, including annual business plans, Quarterly Business Reviews, and executive discussions.
• Collaborate across functions with sales, marketing, technical, and leadership teams to ensure partner success and customer satisfaction.
• Travel frequently throughout the Oregon and Washington territory to support customers and channel partners.
• Must currently live in Oregon or Washington and frequently travel within the designated territory.
• Established connections with enterprise customers, channel partners, distributors, and resellers in the assigned territory.
• Proven experience in enterprise channel sales within the cybersecurity, network security, or networking sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the network security market, competitive dynamics, and emerging technology trends.
• Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and cultivating long-term customer relationships.
• Consistent history of achieving and exceeding sales and partner revenue goals.
• Comprehensive understanding of solution selling methodologies and advanced cybersecurity concepts.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote, field-based sales environment.
• Self-driven team player with a strong focus on results and business growth.
• Willingness and capability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Valid passport is necessary.
• Must reside in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States or Western Canada.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant channel sales, cybersecurity, or networking industry experience; OR a Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; OR a PhD with at least 1 year of relevant experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Preferred: experience in selling cybersecurity, secure networking, cloud security, or related technology solutions through channel partners.
• Preferred: strong grasp of partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies.
• Preferred: experience in managing strategic accounts and driving partner-led revenue growth.
• Preferred: familiarity with CRM tools, forecasting methodologies, and sales pipeline management.
