This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement business development strategies to propel PURE’s growth in designated territories.

• Act as the main business development contact for a specific group of brokers in the Northwest region.

• Conduct regular sales meetings with broker partners to execute strategies, track progress, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Identify, recruit, and effectively onboard new brokers.

• Execute strategies aimed at enhancing production and engagement with current brokers.

• Boost large-account production among targeted partners.

• Assess and either rehabilitate or terminate underperforming brokers as necessary.

• Foster relationships and enhance PURE's visibility among key influencers.

• Investigate and promote new partnerships, alliances, and initiatives to expand PURE membership.

• Build personal connections with key PURE advocates.

• Collaborate and engage with stakeholders to develop the growth and profit strategy for the region/territory.

• Ensure effective execution of the region/territory growth and profit strategy.

• Travel frequently within the assigned territory; occasional overnight travel may be required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in insurance sales and marketing is preferred.

• Experience working with high net worth clients is preferred.

• Background in personal lines property and casualty insurance in sales, marketing, or underwriting.

• A natural curiosity.

• Comfort in engaging with wealth advisors and other influential networks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• An agile learner capable of quickly grasping information and applying it to current business contexts.

• Proven capability to influence, lead, and motivate others.

• Demonstrated advancement in responsibilities.

• Exceptional at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Outstanding interpersonal, listening, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to swiftly build trust and credibility.

• Consistently displays team spirit and enthusiasm.

• Frequent travel within the designated territory is expected.

• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
