
Senior Territory Account Executive, Bilingual English-French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Responsible for developing and executing the business strategy within the designated territory.
• Focus on acquiring new clients, expanding existing customer accounts, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
• Create a sales pipeline for the Mid-Market, qualify potential opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts.
• Meet quarterly sales targets and oversee the entire sales process until closure.
• Manage renewals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities while minimizing churn risk.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Engage with prospects and customers to identify their challenges and align Sophos solutions with their desired outcomes.
• Develop the pipeline through engagements with Channel Sales and the partner community.
• Work collaboratively with sales engineering and channel partners throughout the sales process.
• Keep precise records in the CRM system for forecasting, managing the pipeline, and reporting on territory performance.
• Proficiency in both English and French, with strong spoken and written skills in French.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales position working with end users or channel partners.
• Proven success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Familiarity with the mid-market business sales cycle, including buyer personas and decision-making processes.
• Excellent skills in opportunity discovery and deal qualification.
• Strong abilities in presenting value propositions, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Experience working collaboratively with internal teams, including renewals, sales engineering, and inside sales.
• Capability to build trusted relationships through email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
• Strong technical knowledge; familiarity with cybersecurity is a plus.
• Experience in selling through and with channel partners.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
