Senior Technology Vendor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of technology vendors, from their evaluation and onboarding to their renewal or termination.

• Keep a centralized inventory of technology vendors, including ownership assignments, contracts, key milestones, and governance documentation.

• Manage contract reviews, renewals, approvals, and vendor governance activities across various stakeholder groups.

• Lead vendor evaluations and business discussions, ensuring stakeholder engagement and tracking commitments to completion.

• Assist in vendor assessments, competitive evaluations, sourcing initiatives, and market analysis activities.

• Maintain oversight of vendor performance, expenditures, contract obligations, risks, and upcoming renewal actions.

• Create reporting and governance processes that enhance accountability, transparency, and decision-making.

• Foster trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendor partners.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in vendor management, vendor governance, procurement operations, contract management, PMO, business operations, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in managing vendor portfolios and coordinating stakeholders across various business functions.

• Strong knowledge of vendor lifecycle management, contract administration, procurement processes, and governance principles.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with legal, sourcing, finance, business, and technology teams.

• Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.

• Outstanding organizational skills and a strong ability to follow through on tasks.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to present information to senior leaders and executives.

• Experience in developing operational processes, reporting, and governance frameworks.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience managing enterprise software, infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, gaming, hospitality, retail, or other technology vendors.

• Experience in supporting organizations in heavily regulated industries such as gaming, sports betting, financial services, healthcare, or telecommunications.

• Experience conducting RFPs, vendor evaluations, and competitive market assessments.

• Familiarity with Coupa, Ariba, SAP, ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence.

• PMP, CPSM, ITIL, or other relevant professional certifications.
