This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on Corrigo and various technology implementation projects across multiple clients and US/EMEA time zones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that requirements documentation meets their needs, applying SDLC principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee projects with a strong emphasis on governance, documentation, communication, status updates, risk management, and steering meetings.
• Maintain project scope and budget during the delivery process.
• Lead financial forecasting, burn-down reports, estimates to completion, and weekly timecard analysis.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and project risks.
• Ensure project documentation equips client leadership with essential decision-making metrics.
• Organize meetings with end users across regions and time zones to evaluate adoption, pinpoint challenges, and enhance user experience.
• Support the continuous improvement of tools to enhance end-user experience and adoption.
• Build business relationships with key stakeholders and provide insights on best practices and market trends to facilitate decision-making.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in technology project management.
• IWMS experience is necessary.
• A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects across US and EMEA time zones.
