Senior Technical Sourcer

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy, execution, and effectiveness of sourcing initiatives across specialized and leadership domains within the Engineering recruitment process.

• Establish a strong pipeline of talent for essential senior-level technical engineering positions.

• Provide support for roles across EPD as necessary.

• Formulate and implement extensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier technical talent.

• Leverage direct outreach, talent mapping, networking, professional communities, and industry conferences.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with passive candidates.

• Partner with recruiting and hiring teams to comprehend requirements, align priorities, and enhance sourcing strategies.

• Utilize data-driven insights to refine sourcing approaches and boost pipeline performance.

• Deliver market intelligence and influence hiring decisions as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

• Incorporate emerging AI tools into sourcing processes to enhance candidate engagement, improve pipeline quality, and increase operational efficiency.

• Develop best-in-class sourcing practices and contribute to the groundwork for future team expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of technical sourcing experience, preferably within a fast-paced tech environment.

• Proven success in creating and implementing effective sourcing strategies for senior and specialized technical roles.

• Proficient in leveraging various sourcing channels and AI sourcing technologies.

• Strong research and talent mapping skills, capable of generating leads for difficult-to-fill positions.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with an emphasis on providing a positive candidate experience.

• Self-motivated individual with a high level of independence and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Demonstrated capacity to adapt swiftly and flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic startup setting.

• Open to utilizing AI to enhance capabilities and strengthen performance, showing curiosity, eagerness to learn, and sound judgment in the responsible application of AI.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
