This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver primary veterinary support for Zoetis poultry products and services to the U.S. broiler sector.
• Diagnose and offer solutions for flock health and management challenges faced by commercial producers.
• Counsel clients on flock health and vaccination protocols.
• Organize and implement customer trials within designated budget constraints.
• Assist in formulating long-term technical strategies for the development of current and future products.
• Create and execute account strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Provide market insights to enhance technical services and augment company expertise.
• Develop and deliver presentations at industry technical and commercial conferences.
• Act as an intermediary between Zoetis and academic institutions addressing industry concerns.
• Collaborate with regulatory teams on field and product-related matters.
• Partner with marketing to generate technical data and product support documentation.
• Contribute specialized knowledge to research and development for innovative poultry products.
• Engage in Sales & Service management team discussions.
• Facilitate cross-training for technical service teams and service representatives.
• Address customer site issues, complaints, trials, seminars, qualifications, training, and installation assistance.
• DVM and MAM or an equivalent certification obtained through formal education or proven work experience.
• A minimum of ten years of experience within the poultry industry.
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian broiler companies.
• Demonstrated success in managing and collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
• Proven capability to work independently as well as in various group settings.
• Understanding of conventional and antibiotic-free commercial poultry production systems, vaccination programs, medicated feed additives, direct-fed microbials, enzymes, and related poultry nutrition.
• Willingness to travel over 50%, predominantly within the U.S.
• Ability to operate effectively in both field and standard office environments.
• Must hold or acquire authorization to work in the U.S. for Zoetis; sponsorship may be sought at Zoetis’s discretion.
