Senior Technical Release Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee quarterly feature release initiatives and monthly updates.

• Establish and promote best practices to ensure consistency in the release process.

• Guarantee that product releases adhere to timelines and meet quality benchmarks.

• Identify and manage dependencies across various matrixed teams.

• Update the organization on release progress and facilitate the resolution of any issues.

• Work closely with Customer Support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Develop and lead release processes that encompass all areas of the company.

• Partner with Development, Product, and Customer Support teams to implement the product release strategy.

• Direct release and launch activities related to the software product.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in software release management or a related field.

• Familiarity with enterprise-level software development management tools.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in cross-group and cross-discipline collaboration.

• Experience delivering software services on a large scale within the industry.

• Experience managing globally distributed teams (bonus points).

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and processes (bonus points).

• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (bonus points).

• A passion for data-driven decision-making (bonus points).
