Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and create effective recruitment strategies for software, mechanical, and electrical engineering positions.

• Source, assess, and evaluate candidates across software and hardware engineering fields.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement with a diverse range of candidates.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and the hiring team while adhering to hiring policies and standard operating procedures.

• Conduct technical assessments to evaluate expertise in software, mechanical, and electrical engineering.

• Work closely with the People Team and hiring managers to ensure alignment with company culture and values.

• Maintain precise data reporting and utilize data-driven insights to enhance recruitment strategies and streamline hiring processes.

• Act as the company representative at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the employer brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Engineering).

• Over 5 years of extensive experience in technical recruiting, specifically for software, mechanical, and/or electrical engineering roles.

• Demonstrated ability to source and engage top engineering talent through multiple channels.

• Strong knowledge of software and vehicle systems, mechanical design, and electrical hardware.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Proven experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
