Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Full responsibility for filling essential positions, particularly in Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Product areas.

• Overseeing the complete recruitment process, from initial kickoff and defining requirements to contract finalization.

• Providing guidance to hiring managers on role specifications, interview methodologies, and decision-making processes.

• Identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified technology talent.

• Creating and executing targeted sourcing strategies.

• Selecting and managing external recruitment agencies and partners.

• Analyzing recruitment KPIs and continuously enhancing recruiting procedures.

• Crafting a professional, transparent, and respectful candidate experience.

• Contributing to employer branding efforts, recruitment campaigns, careers page content, and social media communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on technology, Product, or IT roles.

• Proven track record in proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting suitable candidates, including for challenging and niche positions.

• Capability to quickly grasp complex role profiles, technical environments, and organizational frameworks to devise effective recruitment strategies.

• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior executives.

• A data-driven mindset related to recruitment metrics combined with a practical working style.

• A confident and professional demeanor, able to advise candidates and business stakeholders on equal footing.

• Strong initiative, persistence, and a sense of accountability.

• Passion for establishing long-term talent relationships.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German and English.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other pertinent sourcing channels.
