Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruiting cycle for both technical and non-technical positions, from initial intake to extending offers, while prioritizing an excellent candidate experience.

• Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels with innovative and captivating outreach efforts.

• Oversee hiring teams throughout the entire process, ensuring proactive communication and providing clear feedback.

• Monitor the health of the recruitment pipeline, pinpoint bottlenecks or challenges, and adapt strategies based on data insights.

• Keep documentation current in Ashby, Notion, and other relevant tools to ensure alignment among hiring teams.

• Collaborate closely with hiring teams and candidates from the initial conversation until the handoff to the onboarding team.

• Act as a representative of Coder and advise all levels of the organization on hiring decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting for technical positions, particularly in Engineering, Product, and Go-To-Market roles.

• Ability to confidently discuss technical fundamentals, clarify role expectations, and effectively pitch Coder to candidates.

• Strong collaborative skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; direct, respectful, and timely in interactions.

• Organized methodology for managing pipelines, setting priorities, and meeting competing deadlines.

• Previous experience in a startup environment and familiarity with Ashby ATS.

• Considerable experience in hiring for AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or open-source teams (preferred).

• Experience in scaling a high-growth company (preferred).

• A proactive mindset towards enhancing systems and processes for the recruitment team (preferred).
