📋 Description

• Oversee various intricate implementations for external customers, ensuring that all contracted project deliverables are completed promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Meet revenue goals by accurately predicting project go-live timelines and adhering to projected completion dates.

• Manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders concerning project scope, deliverables, timelines, status updates, and any issues or risks.

• Develop, communicate, manage, and uphold project plans.

• Work collaboratively with different teams to ensure that quality deliverables are achieved on time.

• Identify potential issues and risks, and coordinate resources to address them, including creating go-to-green plans when necessary.

• Provide weekly status updates to customers, management, and internal teams.

• Ensure seamless transitions between teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Stay updated on advancements in information technology, healthcare, and revenue management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of experience in Project Management.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional understanding of business operations.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision; proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a matrix environment.

• Proven experience working in a team-oriented environment that demands quick turnaround and high-quality results.

• Proficient in the use of personal computers and relevant software applications, including intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
