Senior Technical Program Manager – Technical Product Manager, Digital Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee various technology initiatives, effectively managing timelines, dependencies, risks, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Supervise external vendors in accordance with SOWs, milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring accountability and successful outcomes.

• Facilitate the implementation and MVP delivery of an AI/data platform, which includes gathering requirements, conducting UAT, aligning stakeholders, promoting adoption, and ensuring smooth handoff.

• Convert business needs into precise functional and technical requirements in collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Direct the readiness for the Shopify ecommerce launch, coordinating with technical vendors on infrastructure, security, load testing, observability, and checkout performance.

• Organize go-live activities, manage risks, escalate issues, and maintain real-time communication during critical launch periods.

• Preserve project documentation, including decisions, risks, processes, and handoff materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or in a similar capacity.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex technology implementations, particularly in AI, data, analytics, or digital platforms.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Shopify is essential, including supporting high-traffic ecommerce launches.

• Proven track record of managing external vendors in line with SOWs, timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments.

• Strong technical knowledge of ecommerce infrastructure, security, scalability, traffic/load management, and checkout performance.

• Experience in leading UAT, gathering requirements, ensuring launch readiness, managing risks, and coordinating go-live activities.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and documentation.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent priorities.

• Immediate availability with a strong overlap in U.S. time zones.

• Current residency in Latin America is required based on the application question.
