Senior Technical Program Manager – Technical Product Manager, Digital Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Oversee a range of technology projects, ensuring effective management of timelines, dependencies, risks, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Manage external vendors based on Statements of Work (SOWs), including milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

• Facilitate the implementation and minimum viable product (MVP) delivery of an AI/data platform.

• Collect requirements, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), align stakeholders, support user adoption, and manage handoff processes.

• Convert business needs into distinct functional and technical requirements.

• Spearhead the readiness for Shopify ecommerce launches.

• Coordinate with technical vendors regarding infrastructure, security, load testing, observability, and checkout performance.

• Orchestrate go-live activities, manage risks, escalate issues, and ensure real-time communication during critical launch events.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including decisions, risks, processes, and handoff materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in roles such as Senior Project Manager, Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or equivalent positions.

• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate technology implementations, particularly in AI, data, analytics, or digital platforms.

• Strong practical experience with Shopify, including support for high-traffic ecommerce launches.

• Proven track record of managing external vendors in accordance with SOWs, timelines, milestones, and delivery obligations.

• Solid technical knowledge of ecommerce infrastructure, security, scalability, traffic/load considerations, and checkout performance.

• Experience in leading UAT, gathering requirements, ensuring launch readiness, managing risks, and executing go-live activities.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and documentation capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with numerous simultaneous priorities.

• Availability for an immediate start with significant overlap in U.S. time zones.

• Reliable internet connection and a laptop are necessary.

• Must currently reside in Latin America.
