Senior Technical Program Manager – Technical Product Manager, Digital Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee various technology projects, managing schedules, dependencies, risks, vendors, and stakeholder engagement.

• Supervise external vendors in accordance with SOWs, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

• Facilitate the implementation and MVP delivery of an AI/data platform, which includes requirements gathering, UAT, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and handoff.

• Convert business requirements into precise functional and technical specifications in collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Direct the launch preparation for Shopify ecommerce, coordinating with technical vendors, infrastructure, security, load testing, observability, and checkout performance.

• Manage go-live operations, including risk mitigation, issue escalation, and real-time communication during critical launch events.

• Keep project documentation updated, including decisions made, risks identified, processes followed, and handoff materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or a comparable role.

• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate technology implementations, encompassing AI, data, analytics, or digital platforms.

• Robust hands-on experience with Shopify, including support for high-traffic ecommerce launches.

• Experience in managing external vendors according to SOWs, timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments.

• Strong technical knowledge of ecommerce infrastructure, security, scalability, traffic/load management, and checkout performance.

• Proven experience leading UAT, gathering requirements, preparing for launches, managing risks, and executing go-live activities.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and documentation.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent priorities.

• Availability for an immediate start with a strong overlap in U.S. time zones.
