This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
β’ Drive the operational rigor of intricate, cross-functional AI and autonomy initiatives.
β’ Act as a technical thought partner for engineering teams and external technology collaborators.
β’ Oversee programs from start to finish, encompassing plans, milestones, performance metrics, risks, and resource requirements.
β’ Develop and implement communication strategies, landing techniques, business rhythms, executive updates, and decision logs.
β’ Set objectives and success criteria, ensure team accountability, and guide decisions to completion.
β’ Utilize OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics to showcase program value and business impact.
β’ Identify process inefficiencies and drive portfolio enhancement.
β’ Shape the technical strategy for programs in collaboration with strategic technology partners.
β’ Provide guidance to stakeholders on technical feasibility and trade-offs related to agentic frameworks, robotics, and applied AI.
β’ Conduct critical reviews of technical design documents and pose relevant questions.
β’ Advocate for reference architectures, standards, and reusable patterns.
β’ Convert technology partner motivations into engagement strategies that align with the roadmap.
β’ Align partner capabilities with internal opportunities.
β’ Evaluate and prioritize partner opportunities while developing technical engagement plans.
β’ Collaborate with engineering, product, and R&D teams to confirm execution capabilities and eliminate obstacles.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
β’ Legal authorization to work in the US is a must.

β’ Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ 5+ years of program management experience in software, AI, or other highly technical environments.
β’ Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with engineering teams as the primary audience.
β’ History of producing executive-quality updates and fostering alignment through written communication.
β’ Background as a software engineer, AI/ML engineer, or in a related technical role.
β’ Working knowledge of modern AI systems β LLMs, agentic frameworks, ML pipelines β and/or robotics and autonomy stacks.
β’ Experience collaborating with or within technology partnerships, including joint engineering, co-development, or vendor/partner integrations.
β’ Experience in building and managing programs requiring cross-organizational collaboration and leadership support.
β’ Enthusiasm for product roadmaps influenced by AI capabilities.
