Senior Technical Program Manager, Security

• Safeguard cloud-native SaaS software enterprises while balancing risk management with the demands of rapid business growth.

• Synchronize security and compliance initiatives with overarching strategic objectives.

• Streamline processes to boost operational efficiency.

• Quantify the tangible advantages gained from compliance initiatives.

• Illustrate the influence of compliance on performance, risk reduction, and customer satisfaction.

• Eliminate silos, enhance processes, and promote collaboration among security practices.

• Lead extensive, multi-team initiatives across security, IT, and engineering from conception through execution.

• Facilitate cross-functional leadership and coordination among technical stakeholders across security, legal, engineering, and business sectors.

• Create and oversee a cohesive security and compliance framework.

• Take charge of comprehensive project and program governance, monitoring risk, scope, and timelines.

• Identify and communicate obstacles to leadership.

• Incorporate external drivers and frameworks to refine and automate processes.

• Ensure that controls are in alignment with Wiz's business objectives.

• Evaluate and mitigate risks related to industry frameworks.

• Track changing customer expectations and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Promote ongoing enhancement by integrating realized incidents into the controls framework.

• Cultivate a culture of compliance throughout Wiz.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related Information Technology field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in Security, IT, or Compliance.

• Established understanding of the security and compliance landscape, including common threats, SOX compliance frameworks, existing technologies, and security architectures.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Profound knowledge of regulatory landscapes.

• Proven track record in technical project and program management within technology domains.

• Experience in presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong leadership abilities and strategic thinking skills.

• Aptitude for bridging technical details and business objectives.

• Experience in high-performance, fast-paced teams.

• Solid technical background with a comprehensive understanding of software development processes.

• Demonstrated creative problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Cybersecurity certifications are a bonus (CISM, CISSP, etc.).

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
