Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Establish and steer high-level objectives and roadmaps for significant product and technology initiatives from inception to production release

• Influence engineering investment decisions through data analysis

• Track and communicate progress in relation to set goals

• Identify risks early on and provide status updates to executive stakeholders

• Facilitate technical discussions with engineering teams about architecture and trade-offs

• Manage release processes across teams, ensuring quality, sequencing, and readiness

• Develop and enhance agentic and AI-assisted Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes

• Assist teams in adopting new tools and workflows while maintaining rigorous standards

• Detect process gaps and inefficiencies and apply improvements

• Oversee change management across globally distributed, matrixed teams

• Collaborate across various functions and organizations to achieve impactful results

• Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes across complex, cross-functional programs at scale

• Technical proficiency to comprehend system architecture and engineering trade-offs

• Capability to guide engineering teams through intricate technical decisions

• Skill to influence results without having direct authority

• Experience in leading change management across globally distributed, matrixed teams

• Effective communication skills across different time zones

• Familiarity with agentic and AI-assisted SDLC processes or a willingness to develop and refine these processes
