📋 Description

• Drive initiatives throughout the organization from ideation to market launch

• Coordinate efforts between product, software engineering, site reliability, and architectural teams

• Manage intricate, interdisciplinary projects

• Direct cross-functional teams that support the product and technology roadmap

• Oversee programs, including planning, scheduling, and investment monitoring

• Engage in and enhance the product development process

• Supervise software lifecycles and facilitate cross-functional collaborations to adhere to timelines and budgetary constraints

• Relay program status and updates to senior management

• Offer guidance and informal mentorship to team members

• Liaise with technical and business stakeholders for the deployment of enterprise-level data center software infrastructure

• Propel Software Infrastructure Services and enhance the reliability and scalability of Akamai’s Cloud platform

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in program or project management

• Extensive experience with Agile processes and methodologies

• Capability to motivate individuals at all levels of the organization without direct authority

• Proficiency in change management and transformation initiatives

• In-depth knowledge of core cloud computing principles, distributed systems, and scalable cloud infrastructure design

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
