Senior Technical Program Manager - Adoption and Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and implement adoption and enablement initiatives for the Axon Fusus platform targeting both internal and external audiences.

• Act as a reliable expert on Axon Fusus features and best practices for operations throughout deployment and ongoing support.

• Create and implement training strategies that align with project timelines, onboarding necessities, and product launches.

• Monitor adoption and readiness metrics, pinpoint areas for improvement, and initiate ongoing enhancements.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Program Management, Enablement leaders, instructional designers, and technical writers to enhance training quality and effectiveness of enablement efforts.

• Provide organized feedback from training sessions and customer interactions to guide enhancements in product usability and adoption strategies.

• Design, sustain, and refine role-specific training materials for internal stakeholders and customers throughout the Fusus deployment and support lifecycle.

• Standardize learning objectives and delivery methods to ensure consistent and repeatable training experiences.

• Educate deployment teams and internal cross-functional partners on Fusus features, integrations, and deployment considerations.

• Empower internal teams to engage in implementation, integration, and troubleshooting discussions with clients.

• Conduct instructor-led training for internal teams and external law enforcement clients.

• Facilitate foundational, intermediate, and advanced workflow training with both operational and technical context.

• Lead scenario-based sessions utilizing real-world operational scenarios.

• Independently conduct regular training sessions.

• Develop scalable training solutions including webinars, virtual or in-person seminars, and feature update briefings.

• Assist with customer retention and ongoing adoption post-deployment.

• Serve as an escalation point for issues that arise after deployment.

• Support deployment validation and readiness evaluations through checklists, criteria, and quality assurance processes.

• Identify recurring issues and convert findings into training, enablement guidance, and curriculum enhancements.

• Willingness to travel 50%–80% of the time.

• Report directly to the Sr. Director, RTO SaaS Delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering instructor-led training to professional groups exceeding 50 participants.

• Experience in developing and implementing structured training or enablement programs.

• Strong facilitation abilities with the capacity to engage both technical and operational audiences effectively.

• Proven capability to teach functional workflows and applied technical concepts with authority.

• Ability to operate autonomously in front of clients and internal stakeholders.

• Established track record of enhancing programs and processes based on feedback, performance metrics, and changing product or business requirements.

• Advanced working knowledge of IP networking fundamentals.

• Advanced working knowledge of RTSP and video streaming principles.

• Advanced working knowledge of DVR/NVR systems and camera infrastructure.

• Advanced working knowledge of network connectivity, ports, firewalls, and bandwidth considerations.

• Background in law enforcement, public safety, emergency management, or similar operational fields (strongly preferred).

• Experience training or providing support to public-sector clients (strongly preferred).

• Familiarity with video management systems, real-time operations centers, or situational awareness platforms (strongly preferred).

• Practical experience in supporting technical deployments or integrations in enterprise settings (strongly preferred).
