Senior Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Convert projects, initiatives, and quarterly goals into comprehensive technical specifications and execution strategies.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and design teams to develop, test, and launch top-tier features.

• Manage technical product documentation, user narratives, and oversee release management from start to finish.

• Utilize SQL and data analysis to establish KPIs, confirm hypotheses, and track product performance.

• Continuously conduct A/B testing and experiments, fostering learning cycles from conception to quantifiable results.

• Maintain alignment among engineering, operations, and other stakeholders through effective communication and strict prioritization.

• Identify technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies early on, and manage them proactively.

• Act with urgency and accountability in an environment characterized by shifting requirements and constraints.

• Work alongside data and AI teams to integrate intelligence and automation into product workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical field (required).

• Profound technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.

• Strong SQL capabilities and the ability to query and interpret data independently.

• 6–10 years of product experience, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-driven products.

• Demonstrated success in building and delivering complex products from ideation to iteration.

• Experience in agile, dynamic environments with significant engineering collaboration.

• Practical experience with AI tools, data models, or generative AI applications—whether personally, professionally, or ideally, both!

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions with limited information.

• Analytical and structured thinker who can convert technical complexity into actionable strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—capable of engaging effectively in both engineering standups and executive reviews.
