This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take charge of the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualizing ideas with stakeholders to overseeing launch and post-launch assessments.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and account teams to collect feature requests and gain insights into business requirements.
• Convert high-level requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Manage and continually prioritize the product backlog, roadmap, and release schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the product development process.
• Facilitate discussions with customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
• Act as the main product contact for account teams and business stakeholders.
• Establish streamlined product and delivery processes to enhance team efficiency.
• Leverage customer feedback, product data, analytics, and business goals to guide product decisions.
• Define success criteria and key performance indicators prior to launches and assess outcomes afterward.
• Identify and address open questions, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, release notes, and related materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and adoption.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Ideally, experience in building and managing SaaS products.
• Proven track record of owning products or features throughout the complete product development lifecycle.
• Strong experience collaborating with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and customers.
• Proficient in writing clear product requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable utilizing SQL and independently performing data queries.
• Experience navigating complex business rules, workflows, and system states.
• Ability to simplify complex business needs into actionable product solutions.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to critically assess AI-generated outputs.
• Strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to maintain working-hour overlap with teams operating in Eastern Time (ET).
• Experience in healthcare, logistics, benefits administration, claims, EDI billing, or other regulated or operationally complex industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and lightweight project management practices is advantageous.
• Experience converting business requirements into technical and functional product specifications is a plus.
• Direct experience working with customers and business stakeholders is beneficial.
• Experience in launching an LLM/AI-powered product or feature is a plus.
• Familiarity with benefits administration, healthcare claims processing, or EDI/X12 billing workflows is a plus.
