This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.
• Oversee the product roadmap for designated areas by defining and delivering the next generation of insurance services.
• Create innovative product solutions and implement strategic go-to-market plans.
• Build vital business relationships to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Mentor junior product managers to enhance their professional growth.
• Foster vendor relationships and encourage collaboration across various domains.
• Ensure that the product direction aligns effectively with organizational goals.
• Keep stakeholders and customers regularly informed about the roadmap and product status.
• Leverage data, usability studies, research, and market analysis to shape product strategies.
• Set and monitor key metrics to evaluate product success.
• Collaborate efficiently with the engineering team to deliver critical product features and manage delivery risks.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or relevant practical experience in product management.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management and/or product design.
• More than 5 years managing complex initiatives from start to finish using product management processes and best practices.
• Proven experience in defining and implementing product metrics to assess performance and success.
• Experience managing all phases of product delivery.
• Background in contributing to technical discussions and product strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Ability to represent various customers and stakeholders during planning processes.
• A background in agency and insurance is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with supporting operational improvement, tooling, reporting, or cross-functional delivery.
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of using automation or AI-enabled capabilities to enhance efficiency or customer experience.
• Experience mentoring and coaching other TPMs or providing daily leadership in a dotted-line capacity.
