This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as the main technical liaison between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Convert intricate technical specifications into clear, non-technical language.
• Gather, assess, and prioritize client feature requests in relation to engineering capacity, launch timelines, and project roadmaps.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to evaluate requested features and reach consensus on technical feasibility and delivery strategies.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and Full-Stack Developers on regional platform scalability, multi-layer authentication, API integrations, and connections to external systems.
• Assist in regional feature deployments, which include geo-routing and content localization setups.
• Oversee bi-weekly release schedules, provide ongoing support, routine maintenance, and continuous feature updates.
• Conduct hands-on functional testing and Visual QA prior to deployment.
• Create QA tickets and monitor defects until resolution with the development team.
• Track project financial health, including burn rate, budget forecasts, and change requests.
• Ensure precise and timely client invoicing and reporting.
• Adhere to standard project management processes utilizing company tools and templates.
• Over 5 years of experience in a digital agency setting managing complex client-facing projects.
• Ability to comprehend, synthesize, and articulate technical architecture and concepts, including APIs, authentication layers, and front-end/back-end frameworks.
• Exceptional client-facing capabilities and a proven track record of fostering trust while clarifying technical specifications for business stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills to balance competing client priorities, stringent launch timelines, and resource availability.
• Experience in functional and visual QA with user-facing web products.
• Familiarity with agile software environments characterized by rapid release schedules, such as two-week release cycles.
• Previous exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS), CMS integrations, or regional web localization is highly advantageous.
